When you search for radio stations, the App queries our catalog service at simplesmartradio.com. Only your search query is sent — no personal identifiers.

Because the App does not create accounts or collect personal data, in practice this reduces to verifying what is stored locally on your device (inspect via iOS Settings → Simple Smart Radio Player → Storage) and requesting confirmation from us. This policy covers the iOS app only. The app's catalog backend runs at simplesmartradio.com, which has its own privacy policy covering web-visitor data (different scope — the web site may show ads, the iOS app does not).
